About The Position

Domino’s is hiring Delivery Drivers to deliver customer orders within a designated area and assist with in-store tasks. Drivers must use an insured, registered vehicle and meet the company’s driving-history and vehicle-safety requirements. The role involves customer service, locating addresses, navigating varied delivery sites, and carrying products. Drivers may also help prepare food, clean, stock ingredients, process telephone orders, take inventory, complete paperwork, and operate store equipment. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and at least two years of licensed driving history in the United States, with documentation.
Must have an unsuspended or uninterrupted driving history for at least 1.5 years during the last two years.
Must meet the stated driving-record standards: no more than one violation and one at-fault accident in the last two years; no more than two violations and one at-fault accident in the last three years; no more than three violations in the last three years; and no more than one at-fault accident in the last three years.
Must have no distracted-driving or inattentive-driving violations within the last three years and no serious violations within the last five years.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery, be listed as an insured driver on its policy, and use a registered vehicle.
Must meet company safe-driving standards and ensure the vehicle passes required inspections for business use.
Must have customer-service and navigation skills, including the ability to read a map and locate addresses.
Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, while carrying products.
Must be able to understand and provide correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
Must be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and make correct monetary change.
Must have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Must have motor coordination, eye-hand coordination, and the ability to make precise movements quickly.
Must be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Must be able to perform the listed physical tasks, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, bending, crouching, reaching, and frequent use of hands and arms.
Must be able to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make judgments and decisions.

Responsibilities

Deliver orders to customers within the designated delivery area using an insured, registered vehicle.

Assist with food preparation, cleaning, stocking ingredients, and other in-store tasks.

Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility daily.
Unload and move product deliveries, including using a hand truck and stacking supplies on shelves.
Comply with periodic inspections of vehicles used for business deliveries.
