About The Position

The Delivery Driver is expected to follow Domino’s Pizza performance standards while assisting customers and completing deliveries. Drivers must provide courteous, helpful service; demonstrate the customer WOW steps; maintain a neat, clean vehicle and positive image; and follow delivery, cash-handling, order-confirmation, and safety procedures. Drivers must complete the Safe Delivery CBT.

Requirements

• Must complete the Safe Delivery CBT.
• Must follow delivery procedures, including carrying $1 in coin change on every delivery, using the required change phrase, and not carrying more than $20 while on the clock.
• Must confirm each order by repeating it and verifying the customer’s name and address.
• Must maintain a neat, clean vehicle and a positive image while working.
• Must not carry a pocket knife or any weapon while working.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls or assist carryout customers politely and courteously, providing helpful and knowledgeable information about the menu.
• Maintain a professional image according to company standards.
• Demonstrate the customer WOW steps: apologize, give the customer what they want, and give them something extra.
• Keep the delivery vehicle neat and clean and maintain a positive image while working.
• Carry $1 in coin change on every delivery and say “Let me get your change” on every order.
• Do not carry more than $20 while on the clock, including personal money.
• Do not route deliveries early or check in early from deliveries.
• Repeat every order for accuracy and confirm the customer's name and address.
• Complete the Safe Delivery CBT.
