About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Delivery Driver in Red Bud, United States. The driver represents the organization to customers and is responsible for completing deliveries safely, efficiently, and professionally while supporting positive customer experiences and maintaining service standards. The position requires use of an insured vehicle that meets company delivery standards and includes route navigation, vehicle checks, delivery documentation, and communication with dispatch and management.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
Have at least 2 years of driving history if age 18, or at least 1 year if age 19 or older.
Have access to an insured vehicle that meets company standards for delivery use.
Pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check and meet company-specific safety standards.
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational abilities to meet delivery schedules.
Be proficient with GPS and mapping technology for route navigation.
Be physically capable of safely lifting, carrying, and loading packages of varying sizes.
Know traffic laws and be committed to safe driving practices.
Be reliable, punctual, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and able to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
Pass a criminal background check.
Have a great attitude and an easy smile.

Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner.
Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time.
Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation for all shipments.

Inspect the vehicle daily to ensure it is in safe, working condition and promptly report maintenance issues.
Handle packages carefully so products arrive in excellent condition.
Use GPS and mapping technology to locate delivery addresses accurately.

Communicate delivery status and obstacles to dispatch and management.
Maintain a professional appearance and represent the organization positively.
