With 19 retail locations and two distribution hubs in two states, we are offering opportunities for you to join our team of over 300 flower professionals. Still family-owned and operated, we are a leader in the floral industry and we're seeking individuals who enjoy bringing comfort and joy into people’s lives. We are seeking applicants who enjoy driving and making people happy. We're offering part-time employment including alternating Saturdays and occasional Sundays. More hours will be scheduled during floral holidays and other busy times. We provide a van, comprehensive training program, competitive base salary, safety bonus pay opportunity, and a 30% floral discount. We do pre-employment drug testing.

Requirements

Possess a high school diploma (or equivalent).
Exhibit exceptional hygiene habits.
A valid driver's license must be currently held to complete daily duties
A period of 3 years without any accidents or violations
Knowledge of local area streets is required
Able to lift 50 lbs.
Able to complete training and satisfactorily complete evaluations

Nice To Haves

Computer experience
Knowledge of Bexley, Columbus, and the surrounding areas
Prior driving experience in public or private transportation organizations is preferred

Responsibilities

Daily contact with recipients.
Perform rural and city deliveries efficiently and safely
Responsible to deliver products without damages to the product or the vehicle
Safe driving practices will be required for all drivers
Customer contact skills and overall people skills are required
Driver will be expected to wear a uniform that is maintained at an acceptable, clean level
Other duties as assigned.
