About The Position

Domino’s is hiring qualified drivers to deliver products within a designated area and perform general store team-member duties. The role may suit someone seeking a main, supplemental, or second job. A flexible schedule is offered, and orientation and training are provided on the job. Drivers deliver orders by car to customers’ doors, may make several deliveries per shift, and may also deliver flyers and door hangers. General store duties include operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility approximately daily. The position involves working in varying store temperatures and sometimes adverse weather, handling hot surfaces and tools, and navigating delivery locations that may include multi-story buildings and stairs. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Ability to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying products.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Ability to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination to make precise, rapid, and accurate movements.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to perform standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping or bending, crouching or squatting, reaching, and hand/eye tasks.
Ability to carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing during deliveries; navigating five or more flights of stairs may be required.
Ability to drive in varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions.
Far and night vision for driving; near- and mid-range vision and depth perception for in-store tasks.
Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within a designated delivery area.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Operate store equipment.
Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Navigate to addresses within the designated delivery area and carry products to customers.
Work with customers and co-workers to process orders, both by phone and in person.
