About The Position

Domino’s is hiring Delivery Drivers to deliver food orders by car to customers’ doors. The role offers a flexible schedule and may suit people seeking hours around school or a second job. Drivers are expected to provide courteous service, drive safely, work with purpose while on foot, and represent the Domino’s brand professionally. The position may also involve stocking ingredients and helping with order entry and other team tasks. Advancement opportunities may include management, franchise ownership, or Corporate Operations.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver’s license and at least two years of driving experience.
Clean driving record and background check.
Access to an insured vehicle.
Navigation skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Ability to navigate diverse terrain while carrying products.
Professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s image standards.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Ability to make correct monetary change.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to communicate and understand verbal and written instructions over the phone or in person.
Team-player attitude, energy, punctuality, and commitment to safe driving.

Responsibilities

Deliver food products by car to customers’ doors in a safe and courteous manner.
Navigate to addresses within the designated delivery area using maps or other navigation skills.
Carry products while navigating varied terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites.
Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s image standards.
Stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and coolers.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Communicate with customers and coworkers and understand verbal and written instructions.
Work as a team member and contribute to store operations.
