About The Position

RPM Pizza is hiring Delivery Drivers to provide customer service and deliver orders while supporting store operations. Drivers are expected to represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards, help maintain a clean and safe store, prepare products accurately, and contribute to an inclusive team environment. The role requires driving and navigating within the designated delivery area and may involve using a company-owned vehicle or a dependable personal vehicle.

This is a variable-hourly position with competitive pay and flexible scheduling. Eligible Team Members averaging 30 or more hours per week during the designated measurement period may have access to medical, dental, and vision coverage. Eligible Team Members may also participate in the 401(k) program. RPM Pizza offers training and development through RPM Pizza College, along with opportunities for growth, leadership development, and community involvement. The position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime pay under applicable wage and hour laws.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• At least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance, or ability to drive a company-owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing.
• Ability to work at stations 36–48 inches high and reach shelves up to 72 inches.
• Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools.

• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment.
• Drive and navigate within the designated delivery area.
• Use and maintain a company-provided, forward-facing dash camera during deliveries, provide footage in the event of an accident, and return company-issued equipment upon separation.
