About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is hiring a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver for its Chatham location. The driver delivers products to customers safely, promptly, and professionally, serving as a customer-facing representative of the organization. The role involves planning efficient routes, maintaining delivery records and vehicle condition, handling products carefully, and communicating with dispatch about delivery status and issues. Drivers are expected to follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while building positive customer relationships.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• At least 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record that meets company standards.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Must pass a comprehensive Motor Vehicle Record check and criminal background check.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Familiarity with the Chatham area or willingness to learn local geography quickly.
• Reliable transportation and commitment to punctuality.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and enthusiasm for customer service.

• Knowledge of GPS navigation systems and route optimization.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize fuel consumption.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures and delivery confirmations.
• Provide courteous customer service and address customer questions or concerns.
• Inspect the vehicle daily for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance checks.
• Handle packages carefully so products arrive in excellent condition.
• Navigate local Chatham streets and neighborhoods.
• Communicate proactively with dispatch about delivery status, delays, or customer issues.
• Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicle.
