About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring Delivery Experts to deliver customer orders hot, fresh, and ready to eat. Drivers represent the company to families in the community and may perform various in-store duties while waiting for deliveries. The role offers a flexible schedule and potential opportunities for growth, including management. Drivers must safely and efficiently deliver orders by car, maintain a clean and insured vehicle, and meet the company’s uniform standards. The position involves working in a restaurant environment and driving in varying weather and terrain.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
Must have access to a clean, insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Ability to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Ability to drive safely in varying weather and terrain, including at night and over long distances.
Ability to meet the company’s uniform standards both on and off-site.
Ability to follow written instructions and communicate clearly with customers and staff.
Ability to perform basic math quickly and accurately.
Accuracy in money handling.
Basic computer knowledge for order entry and administrative duties.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks, work alone or with others, work under stress, and meet quality standards.
Ability to stand for long periods, walk, sit, climb, bend, crouch, squat, and reach as required.
Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds and carry up to 30 pounds.
Ability to use hands for extended periods to handle dough and tools.
Ability to tolerate varying weather, restaurant temperatures, food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Responsibilities

Deliver food and beverages by car to the customer’s requested location.
Drive safely and efficiently to designated delivery locations, including in adverse terrain and weather.
Carry orders while walking or climbing as needed, including potentially climbing five or more flights of stairs.
Maintain a clean vehicle used for deliveries.
Perform assigned in-store duties while awaiting deliveries.
Operate store equipment and stock ingredients delivered for daily use.
Prepare products and receive and process customer orders.
Complete inventory and related paperwork.
Maintain a clean restaurant facility.
Complete required training and job orientation.
Communicate professionally with customers and staff in person and by phone.
Handle money accurately and perform basic calculations.
