About The Position

Domino’s is hiring Delivery Drivers to deliver products to customers within a designated delivery area. Drivers may make several deliveries per shift and are also responsible for general store-team duties, including operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Orientation and training are provided on the job. The role offers a flexible schedule and potential opportunities for growth.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Ability to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and private homes.
Ability to carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing, including potentially climbing five or more flights of stairs.
Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and coworkers in person and by telephone.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, make correct monetary change, and process orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Motor coordination to make precise, rapid movements with the eyes, hands, and fingers.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to meet the physical demands of standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping or bending, crouching or squatting, and reaching.
Ability to meet the sensing requirements, including talking and hearing by telephone, near- and mid-range vision for in-store tasks, depth perception, distinguishing hot and cold surfaces, and far and night vision for driving.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within the designated delivery area.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Operate store equipment and stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Navigate delivery locations, including multi-story buildings and other sites, while carrying products.
