About The Position

Ian's Pizza is hiring part-time and full-time drivers to deliver legendary NY-style pies in Madison, WI. This role offers the opportunity to learn transferable skills, grow with the company, make friends, and earn tips. Drivers will pack and deliver orders, take phone and online orders, enter them into the system, and assist with cleaning, dishes, and stocking when not on the road. Ian's Pizza is a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant, and applicants should be ready to work hard during their shifts. The team provides support and aims to create a fun work environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18+ to work at State.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation).
• English language proficiency is required.
• Must pass the driver eligibility check.
• Must have a valid driver license.
• Must have car insurance.
• Must have a reliable vehicle.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs regularly.
• Comfortable using ovens, knives, kitchen tools, and equipment.
• Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures.
• Availability for weekends and evenings is required.

Responsibilities
