Ian's Pizza Garver - Delivery Driver
About The Position
Ian's Pizza is hiring part-time and full-time drivers to deliver legendary NY-style pies in Madison, WI. This role offers the opportunity to learn transferable skills, grow with the company, make friends, and earn tips. Drivers will pack and load orders, deliver them in their car, and also take phone and online orders, enter them into the system, and assist with cleaning, dishes, and stocking when not on the road. Ian's Pizza is a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant, and applicants should be ready to hustle. The team provides support and aims to create a fun work environment.
Requirements
- Team player who brings effort and good vibes to every shift.
- Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 30lbs regularly.
- Comfortable using ovens, knives, kitchen tools, and equipment of the restaurant biz.
- Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures.
- Must be 18+.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation).
- English language proficiency is required.
- Must pass the driver eligibility check.
- Must have a valid driver license.
- Must have car insurance.
- Must have a reliable vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Deliver deliciousness all around town.
- Pack up orders.
- Load orders into your car.
- Take phone and online orders.
- Enter orders into the system.
- Help with cleaning, dishes, and stocking in the restaurant when not on the road.
