About The Position

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Friendly, positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle for deliveries, and proof of car insurance.
• Safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Ability to read maps, locate addresses in the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Ability to understand and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination and eye-hand coordination to make precise movements quickly and accurately.
• Ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling trays, climbing stairs, bending, crouching, reaching, and frequent use of hands and forearms.
• Able to lift and unload deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas within the designated delivery area, potentially making several deliveries per shift.
• Operate store equipment; stock ingredients and supplies; prepare products; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory; complete related paperwork; and clean equipment and the facility.
• Communicate with customers and coworkers in person and by phone to process orders.
• Use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders and handle monetary change accurately.
• Carry pizzas and beverages during deliveries and assist with unloading and storing ingredient and supply deliveries.
• Perform other in-store tasks, including making pizza, stocking, and cleaning.
