About The Position
The Delivery Driver is expected to meet Domino’s Pizza’s minimum performance standards while working. This includes providing polite, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable service to phone and carryout customers; maintaining a professional appearance; and demonstrating the customer WOW steps: apologize, give the customer what they want, and give them something extra. Drivers must carry $1 in coin change on every delivery, say “Let me get your change” on every order, and carry no more than $20 while on the clock, including personal money. Driver vehicles must be neat, clean, and present a positive image. Drivers must not be routed early or checked in early from deliveries, and must complete the Safe Delivery CBT. Every order must be repeated for accuracy, with the customer’s name and address confirmed. The posting also lists operational standards for pizza makers and other team members.
