About The Position

RPM Pizza is hiring a Delivery Driver to provide friendly customer service, prepare products, maintain store standards, and deliver orders within a designated area. The role supports daily store operations, including cleanliness, food safety, inventory organization, and restocking. Drivers must safely operate a dependable vehicle or a company-owned vehicle and use and maintain a company-provided forward-facing dash camera during deliveries.

This is a variable-hour position with competitive pay and flexible scheduling. The position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable wage and hour laws. Medical, dental, and vision coverage are available to eligible Team Members averaging at least 30 hours per week during the designated measurement period. Eligible Team Members may also access a 401(k) program, product discounts, ongoing training, and opportunities for growth and community involvement.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance, or ability to drive a company-owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to use and maintain a company-provided, forward-facing dash camera during deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging customer experience while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment.
• Drive and navigate within the designated delivery area.
• Use and maintain the company-provided forward-facing dash camera during deliveries, provide footage in the event of an accident, and return company-issued equipment upon separation.
