About The Position
MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver for its Chesterfield, United States location at 105 Long Rd. The driver safely and efficiently delivers goods to customers in the Chesterfield area and surrounding regions, representing the organization professionally and supporting customer satisfaction through timely, high-quality service. The role involves operating a delivery vehicle, planning routes, handling deliveries and related transactions, maintaining delivery documentation and vehicle condition, and using GPS and delivery management tools. Full-time drivers are offered additional benefits after 60 days of employment.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar transportation role.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle operation and basic maintenance.
- Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and delivery management software.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, and load packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliveries efficiently.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with local Chesterfield area roads and geography.
- Experience with handheld delivery confirmation devices.
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) for larger vehicle operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and comply with traffic laws and company policies.
- Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to meet daily targets and customer time windows.
- Load, unload, and secure packages and goods in the delivery vehicle.
- Obtain customer signatures and handle payment transactions as required.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation, including delivery confirmations and customer feedback.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report mechanical issues or damage.
- Communicate professionally with customers and address delivery-related inquiries or concerns.
- Use GPS navigation and delivery management systems to optimize routes and track progress.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
- Meet performance metrics for on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
