About The Position

Team Joarder, an independent Domino’s franchisee, is seeking friendly and dependable Delivery Drivers to deliver orders safely and provide excellent customer service. Pay is $15.92 per hour in the store and $6.05 per hour while on the road, plus $0.45 per mile and tips. No delivery experience is required; training is provided. The role also includes assisting in the store with taking orders, preparing food, cleaning, and restocking. Driver eligibility includes a motor vehicle record review conducted after a conditional offer and with written permission. Any background check is also conducted only after a conditional offer and with written permission, and includes an individualized assessment in line with applicable fair-chance laws. Requirements

Valid driver's license held for at least 2 years.
A motor vehicle record that meets the company's insurance standards, subject to review after a conditional job offer and with written permission.
Access to a reliable vehicle with current registration and required auto insurance.
Ability to meet company driver eligibility requirements.
Strong customer service skills and dependable attendance.
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
