About The Position

The Assistant Manager helps lead the Domino’s store team, deliver excellent customer service, and keep daily operations running smoothly. The role supports the General Manager with staffing, scheduling, and store goals, while leading shifts and helping ensure employees follow company policies and break procedures. Training is provided; advancement to General Manager may be available based on performance and open positions.

The position pays $17.00 per hour. Health insurance and a 401(k) are offered subject to eligibility and plan terms. The employer is Team Joarder, an independent Domino’s franchisee. Responsibilities

• Follow food safety standards and maintain store cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and help reduce waste.
• Handle cash, reconcile registers, and assist with opening and closing.
• Support the General Manager with staffing, scheduling, and store goals.
• Ensure team members follow company policies and required break procedures.
