About The Position
The Domino’s Pizza Delivery Expert is a primary point of contact for customers. The role involves providing clean, friendly, honest, and clear service; assisting customers in person and by phone in the store; and delivering orders to customers using the employee’s own insured vehicle. Delivery Experts collect and count money as part of the delivery process. They are paid wages, reimbursed by the mile for vehicle expenses, and may receive cash tips from customers. Employees must arrive on time and ready to work, meet hygiene standards, and have a clean vehicle with fuel. The role requires passing background and motor vehicle record checks that meet company standards. Part-time and full-time positions are available for day and night schedules.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
- Have access to an insured vehicle suitable for deliveries.
- Pass a background check and motor vehicle record check that meet Domino’s minimum requirements.
- Be punctual and attend scheduled shifts.
- Be clean and wear a clean uniform.
- Be friendly and polite to customers and other employees.
- Agree to and sign the employee handbook.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, honest, clear, and clean customer service.
- Assist customers face to face and over the phone in the store.
- Deliver orders to customers using an insured personal vehicle.
- Collect and count money as part of the delivery process.
- Arrive on time and ready for scheduled shifts.
- Maintain personal hygiene standards, wear a clean uniform, and keep the vehicle clean and fueled.
- Work some holidays; one weekend shift per week is preferred.
