About The Position
Domino's is hiring a Delivery Expert to deliver orders within a designated area and support general store operations. The position offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including management and franchise ownership. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. In addition to delivering products by car to customers' doors, team members may deliver flyers and door hangers and perform general store duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, handling telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
- Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
- Must have navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
- Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and delivery sites.
- Must be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
- Must be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
- Must have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Must have the coordination and motor skills to make precise movements quickly and accurately.
- Must be able to use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
- Must be able to perform physical duties including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, bending, crouching, and reaching.
- Must be able to work with people or alone, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, and meet quality control standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver products by car to customers' doors within the designated delivery area.
- Deliver flyers and door hangers.
- Operate store equipment and stock ingredients from the delivery area into storage and work areas.
- Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
- Navigate to customer addresses, including adverse terrain, multi-story buildings, and stairs.
- Use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders and communicate with customers and co-workers.
