About The Position

RPM Pizza is hiring a Delivery Driver to provide friendly customer service, prepare products, maintain store standards, and deliver orders within a designated area. The role requires working in a fast-paced team environment, using store equipment safely, and supporting inventory and restocking. Drivers must use and maintain a company-provided forward-facing dash camera during deliveries and provide footage in the event of an accident. This is a non-exempt position eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable laws.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old and have at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance, or ability to drive a company-owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing.
• Ability to work at stations 36–48 inches high and reach shelves up to 72 inches.
• Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools.

• Provide customers with a fun, friendly, and engaging experience while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment.
• Drive and navigate within the designated delivery area.
• Maintain the company-provided forward-facing dash camera, provide footage in the event of an accident, and return company-issued equipment upon separation.
