About The Position

Domino’s is hiring motivated, friendly delivery drivers for its local franchise locations. Drivers deliver orders by car to customers’ doors and distribute flyers and door hangers. The role also includes general store-team duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The posting describes this as a part-time opportunity of 12–25 hours per week. Drivers receive daily cash tips and mileage reimbursement, and can earn up to $20 or more per hour. Team members may have advancement opportunities within the franchise.

Requirements

Have a safe, reliable car and insurance.
Have a three-year driving history with no more than three tickets in the last three years.
Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Coordinate eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Be able to perform the physical activities described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, crouching, reaching, and frequent hand use.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car to customers’ doors.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Operate store equipment.
Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
