About The Position

This role involves the operation of all necessary equipment, stocking and rotating ingredients from delivery to storage, preparation of products, receiving and processing customer orders via telephone and internet, inventory counting, completing paperwork, and maintaining cleanliness of equipment and the facility. The position requires the ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, push, climb ladders/stairs, stoop/bend, crouch/squat, and reach/grasp with hands. It also involves tolerating exposure to varying temperatures and conditions both inside and outside. On-the-job training will cover customer service orientation, interactive computer programs, and hands-on practice. Strong customer service skills are essential, including the ability to communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers. Delivery skills include safely driving a personal vehicle, navigating roads and maps, and handling adverse terrain and stairs while carrying products. Essential mathematical skills involve accurate addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division for making correct monetary change, with the potential use of a calculator.
