About The Position

This role involves operating all equipment, stocking ingredients from the delivery area to storage and work areas, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory and completing associated paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility daily. The position requires the ability to perform basic math, make correct monetary change, and use verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Motor coordination for rapid and accurate movements, ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen, and the ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions are also necessary. Communication skills are essential for processing orders both over the phone and in person. The role includes delivering product by car to the customer's door, delivering flyers and door hangers, and utilizing navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area. This includes navigating various terrains and multi-story buildings while carrying product.

Requirements

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.

Responsibilities
