About The Position

Domino’s is hiring a Delivery Driver to deliver products or flyers safely, securely, and on time within a designated delivery area. Drivers may also assist with in-store tasks when deliveries are not busy. The role involves customer service, order processing, food preparation, stocking, cleaning, and operating store equipment as needed. The job offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including paths to management and other roles. Training is paid and includes videos, coaching guides, quizzes, and on-the-job instruction. The work may involve varying and adverse weather, changing temperatures, food and other odors, cornmeal dust, confined spaces, hot surfaces and products, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Physical activities can include standing, walking, sitting, lifting and carrying supplies, pushing and pulling, climbing stairs, bending, crouching, reaching, and repetitive hand tasks. Delivery work may require driving at night and carrying products while walking or climbing stairs.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have no more than three moving violations in the last three years.
Must not have had drug- or alcohol-related motor vehicle violations in the last five years.
Must have access to an insured and registered vehicle in proper working condition for deliveries.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be able to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Must be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and make correct monetary change.
Must have verbal, writing, and telephone communication skills to take and process orders.
Must be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen and operate store equipment.
Must be able to perform the stated physical tasks, including lifting and carrying supplies weighing up to 50 pounds and navigating stairs during deliveries.

Responsibilities

Deliver products or flyers within the designated delivery area safely, securely, and on time.
Navigate to delivery addresses and manage challenging terrain, including multi-story buildings and private homes.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Help with in-store tasks when not busy taking deliveries.
Use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers by phone and in person.
Stock ingredients and supplies from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products and operate store equipment.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Unload and stock bulk product deliveries as needed.
