About The Position
MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver for its Bethalto location. The driver safely and efficiently delivers orders to customers, representing the organization and ensuring deliveries are completed on time and with care. The position involves operating and maintaining a delivery vehicle, planning routes, transporting packages, completing delivery records and transactions, and providing professional customer service. Drivers may be eligible for the listed full-time benefits in addition to the general benefits.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar transportation role.
- Knowledge of vehicle operation, maintenance, and safety protocols.
- Proficiency with GPS and navigation systems.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping and documentation abilities.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving ability and adaptability to changing delivery schedules.

Responsibilities
- Operate a delivery vehicle safely and efficiently in compliance with traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to minimize delivery times.
- Load, unload, and transport packages to customer locations.
- Obtain customer signatures and handle payment transactions as required.
- Maintain delivery records, proof-of-delivery documentation, and mileage logs.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Communicate professionally with customers, respond to inquiries, and resolve delivery issues promptly.
- Report vehicle maintenance issues or accidents to management immediately.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
- Meet daily and weekly delivery targets while maintaining service quality.
