About The Position

This role is for an hourly store team member who will be responsible for operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and cleaning the facility. Training will be provided on the job. The position requires good communication skills, the ability to perform basic math, and proficiency with computer systems. The work environment involves varying temperatures, potential exposure to fumes and dust, and requires the ability to work under stress and meet quality standards. Physical demands include prolonged standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying, pushing, climbing stairs, stooping, bending, crouching, and squatting. Additionally, the role involves continuous reaching and requires strong eye-hand coordination for various tasks. Team members may use pencils, pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutters, and pizza peels. For driver positions, a valid driver's license, safe driving record, and access to an insured vehicle are required. Drivers must possess navigational skills to locate addresses, navigate adverse terrain, and carry product to customer locations. This includes walking, climbing stairs, and driving within a designated delivery area, often in varying weather conditions. Far and night vision are necessary for driving.

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
Must be able to make correct monetary change
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards
Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
