About The Position

Prairie Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise based in Charlotte, is hiring a Delivery Driver to deliver orders in the local area and provide a positive customer experience. Drivers average $15–$20 per hour in total compensation, including hourly pay, tips, and mileage reimbursement, with annual total compensation potential of $30,000–$40,000. Drivers can take their tips home at the end of each shift. The role also includes taking orders by phone, processing payments, helping maintain store cleanliness, and assisting the in-store team when not on deliveries. Flexible scheduling is available. Eligible employees may receive health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k).

Requirements

• Hold a valid U.S. driver’s license for at least one year, excluding permit time.
• Have a clean driving record, with no more than three violations in the past two years.
• Have a reliable personal vehicle with current insurance.
• Have an excellent sense of direction and knowledge of the local area.
• Bring the hustle and energy needed for a fast-paced environment.
• Pass a standard background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely and quickly deliver orders to customers in the local area.
• Answer phones and accurately take customer orders.
• Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
• Provide friendly customer service with a positive attitude.
• Help maintain store cleanliness by washing dishes, sweeping, and mopping.
• Assist the in-store team when not on the road.
