About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring a reliable, customer-focused Delivery Driver to serve Centralia and surrounding areas. The driver delivers products along assigned routes, provides friendly and professional customer service, and helps maintain the company’s reputation. The role requires safe vehicle operation, route planning, accurate delivery records, vehicle inspections and routine maintenance, and communication with dispatch. Drivers must follow traffic laws and company safety protocols, handle products carefully, and keep their vehicle clean and organized. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver’s license and at least two years of verifiable driving history, and pass a company-standard Motor Vehicle Record check and a criminal background check. They must have access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery, be able to lift and carry packages safely, and be flexible to work varied schedules based on business needs. Responsibilities

Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products on assigned routes throughout Centralia and surrounding areas.
Plan and optimize delivery routes to provide timely and efficient service.
Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and special instructions.
Provide friendly, professional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
Inspect the vehicle daily for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance.
Handle packages and products carefully so they arrive in excellent condition.
Communicate route updates, delays, and customer feedback to dispatch.
Keep the vehicle interior and exterior clean and organized.
