About The Position

The Delivery Driver Associate is responsible for the proper delivery of product and providing exemplary customer service. This role ensures that customer orders are delivered on time and without damage to the product or property. The associate will conduct all transactions professionally as a representative of Agren Appliance, exhibiting excellent communication skills and resolving customer issues, escalating to the delivery manager as needed. Adherence to all safety rules, regulations, and the use of safety equipment is paramount, as is observing all traffic laws and safe driving practices. The role also involves maintaining the company vehicle and equipment, assisting in keeping the warehouse clean and organized, and working as a team with other delivery personnel and employees.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customers’ orders on time, without damage to the product or the customer’s property
• Conduct all transactions professionally as a representative of Agren Appliance – exhibit excellent communication skills with customers.
