About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Delivery Driver to join our Delivery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to customers promptly, ensuring orders are accurate, and providing excellent customer service with open and flexible availability. This role requires a high level of organization, punctuality, a clean driving record with zero points on license and an ability to navigate efficiently. Night & Weekend Availability Required.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role preferred.
Valid driver's license with a CLEAN driving record.
ZERO points on drivers license.
Must be 25 years of age or older to meet insurance requirements.
Excellent navigation and driving skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to [specific weight, e.g., 50-100 pounds]).
Familiarity with GPS devices, smartphones, and other technology used for route planning and communication.

Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently deliver a variety of items to customers, adhering to the assigned schedule.
Assist in loading and unloading vehicles, ensuring products are handled with care.
Provide courteous and professional service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
Verify orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Maintain accurate delivery records and logs, obtaining customer signatures and completing necessary paperwork.
Conduct regular inspections and basic maintenance of the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Report any issues to the management promptly.
Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and legal regulations, including proper handling of sensitive or hazardous materials if applicable.
