About The Position

Domino’s is hiring delivery drivers to deliver products within a designated area and support general store operations. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including into management. Drivers deliver orders by car to customers’ doors and distribute flyers and door hangers. They may make several deliveries during a shift and must travel between the store, delivery vehicle, and customer locations.

The position also includes general team-member duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Have navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses in the delivery area.
• Be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, while carrying products.
• Be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Be able to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers, in person and over the phone.
• Be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
• Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Have the motor coordination to make precise, rapid movements and the ability to enter orders using a keyboard or touch screen.
• Be able to perform the physical duties described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, occasional climbing, and frequent reaching and hand use.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within a designated delivery area.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Navigate to addresses, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites.
• Carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing during deliveries.
• Operate store equipment and stock ingredients and supplies.
• Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
