About The Position

Join Domino’s as a delivery driver, helping provide hot, fresh food to customers in a timely manner while delivering safely and maintaining a positive attitude. Company vehicles are available. Drivers average $15.00–$20.00 per hour, including tips and mileage. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for overtime are offered, along with 50% off pizza, a fun work environment, and opportunities for growth. The daily routine includes verifying the personal bank (less than $20), cleaning and restocking the driver station, rotating the Coke Cooler inventory using FIFO, assisting with food preparation, making safe deliveries, and helping in the store between deliveries. Drivers are expected to check orders before departing and provide excellent customer service at the door and in the store. Additional customer-service duties include greeting customers promptly, thanking them as they leave, answering phone calls within two rings or less between runs, and helping keep the location clean.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
Have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.
Be able to use a mobile device.
Have effective communication skills with team members and customers.
Have navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses and businesses in the designated delivery area.
Be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
Have a flexible schedule and the ability to take direction from management.
Have excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Make safe deliveries, including customer call-backs and drops.
Double-check delivery items before leaving the store.
Provide excellent customer service at customers’ doors, including smiling, making eye contact, giving exact change, and thanking customers.
Provide customer service in the store, including promptly greeting customers and thanking them as they leave.
Answer phone calls within two rings or less between delivery runs.
Clean and restock the driver station.
Clean and restock the Coke Cooler, rotating items according to FIFO.
Assist with food preparation.
Help keep the store clean and assist in the store between deliveries.
Verify the personal bank is less than $20.
