About The Position

RPM Pizza is hiring a Delivery Driver to provide a friendly customer experience, uphold RPM and Domino’s brand standards, and support store operations. The role includes preparing products, maintaining cleanliness and food safety, handling customer concerns, operating store equipment, and helping with inventory. Drivers deliver within a designated area and may use either their dependable personal vehicle or a company-owned vehicle. The position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable laws.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old and have at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance, or ability to drive a company-owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to use and maintain a company-provided forward-facing dash camera during deliveries, provide footage in the event of an accident, and return all company-issued equipment upon separation.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to frequently bend, reach, and stretch, and occasionally crouch and climb.
• Ability to work at stations 36–48 inches high and reach shelves up to 72 inches.
• Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools.
