About The Position
Domino’s is hiring dependable, customer-focused Delivery Drivers to deliver fresh orders safely and provide friendly, professional service. Drivers work with the store team between deliveries to support daily operations. Compensation includes $11.00 per hour while working inside the store, $5.50 per hour while dispatched on deliveries, tips averaging approximately $8–$10 per hour, and mileage compensation paid daily. The posting states that combined earnings can reach $25 or more per hour; actual tips may vary based on shift, customer volume, location, and other factors. This is an active position involving driving and delivering orders to customer locations, along with store tasks such as answering phones, taking orders, preparing food, stocking supplies, and cleaning. The job requires standing and walking for extended periods, carrying orders, navigating stairs and multi-story buildings, bending, reaching and crouching, and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed. Drivers may work in varying weather and temperature conditions and drive during daytime and nighttime hours. The position is with a store owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is responsible for employment decisions and, if hired, is the employee’s employer.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
- Have reliable access to an insured vehicle for deliveries.
- Have a friendly, positive, and professional attitude; be dependable and punctual.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Have strong customer service and communication skills.
- Be willing to work as part of a team.
- Be able to manage time, multitask, and stay calm under pressure.
- Be willing to participate in company-required driving safety monitoring programs.
- Be able to stand and walk for extended periods, carry orders, navigate stairs and multi-story buildings, bend, reach and crouch, and lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Be able to work in varying weather and temperature conditions and drive safely during daytime and nighttime hours.
