About The Position

Domino's is hiring delivery drivers to deliver products to customers within a designated delivery area. Drivers may make several deliveries per shift and may also deliver flyers and door hangers. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including into management and franchise ownership. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Drivers must meet company driving standards, hold a valid driver's license, and have access to an insured vehicle for deliveries. They need to locate addresses using navigational skills and traverse varied delivery sites, including private homes, multi-story buildings, and adverse terrain. Team members also perform general store duties, such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning the facility. The work involves frequent standing and reaching, short-distance walking, and occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, crouching, bending, and climbing. Delivery work includes driving and carrying food and beverages between the vehicle and customer locations, sometimes navigating five or more flights of stairs. Conditions include changing weather, varying in-store temperatures, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces and tools, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Be able to read maps, locate addresses in the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
Be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Have motor coordination to make precise movements quickly and accurately.
Be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Be able to carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing during deliveries, and navigate five or more flights of stairs when required.
Be able to perform the physical duties described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, and occasional climbing.

Responsibilities
