About The Position

Domino's is hiring a delivery driver to deliver products by car and to customers' doors within a designated delivery area. Drivers may make several deliveries per shift and may also deliver flyers and door hangers. The role includes general store-team duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, and processing customer orders. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must have navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses in the delivery area.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying products.
• Must be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and coworkers.
• Must be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
• Must have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Must be able to use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
• Must be able to carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing during deliveries.
• Must be able to navigate five or more flights of stairs during some deliveries.
• Must be able to lift and handle cases weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to perform the physical tasks described, including standing, walking, reaching, bending, crouching, and handling equipment and supplies.
• Must be able to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make judgments and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas and other products by car within the designated delivery area and to customers' doors.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Read maps, locate addresses, and navigate delivery locations, including multi-story buildings and adverse terrain.
• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Take and process orders by telephone and in person, and enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Handle monetary transactions and make correct change.
• Unload and move bulk product deliveries, including using a hand truck.
