About The Position

Domino’s is growing and we are looking to add Delivery Experts to our team! IMMEDIATE HIRE! Short or Long shifts - YOUR CHOICE! Drivers typically average over $20/hr (Wage + Tips + Mileage reimbursement). Flexible Scheduling! Part time and Full-time hours available – Work the shifts that work for you! ABOUT THE JOB: Drivers typically average over $20/hr (Wage + Tips + Mileage reimbursement). Mileage reimbursement and tips paid daily, hourly wages paid out every other Friday. Delivery experts have the option to use their own car and receive an adjustable mileage reimbursement to cover fuel costs and extra for other auto expenses - OR – use one of our company provided vehicles to complete deliveries (must be at least 21, clean driving record, minimum 2 years of driving history. and clean driving record to use the company car). Safe driving record is a must! Our drivers have access to cutting edge technology that makes the SAFE Delivery of Domino’s products faster than our competition. More efficient deliveries = more money! Delivery Experts can choose their own schedule. Whether you want to work Part time or Full time, we have shifts available to fit your needs!

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record (subject to review of Motor Vehicle Report).
Must have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance.
Must possess good navigational skills and be able to read/follow maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area.
Must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings in order to deliver products.
Must possess the ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, make good judgements and decisions.
Eye-hand coordination is essential.
Use of hands is continuous during the day.
Frequent activities require use of one or both hands.
Shaping pizza dough requires frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists.
Must be able to manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven, and when using the rolling cutter.
Frequent and/or forceful pinching is required in the assembly of cardboard pizza boxes.
Team Members must be able to grasp cans, the pizza cutter and pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
Talking and hearing on telephone.
Depth perception as well as Near and mid-range vision required for most in-store tasks.
Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Far and night vision required for driving.

Responsibilities

Deliver pizzas and other products.
Navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.
Follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, make good judgements and decisions.
Use safe driving practices to deliver products within a designated delivery area.
Make several deliveries per shift.
Stock shelves and clean low areas.
Answer phones.
