About The Position

Being a Domino's Assistant Manager isn't your average management job. Many of our team members began their careers as Assistant Managers and today are successful General Managers, Area Supervisors, and even Franchise Owners. If you are someone who likes a challenge and prefers a fast-paced work environment with TONS of room for growth, you'll love sinking your teeth into life as an Assistant manager at Domino's! As an Assistant Manager, you are responsible for assisting with all store operations during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew. In addition, you’ll be responsible for assisting the General Manager with all store operations, including but not limited to: staffing and scheduling, general administrative duties, maintenance scheduling and reporting, and any other tasks that are needed to ensure successful day to day operation of the store.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record (subject to review of Motor Vehicle Report).
  • Must possess good navigational skills and be able to read/follow maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area.
  • Must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings in order to deliver products if necessary.
  • Must possess the ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, make good judgements and decisions.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills, including: the ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions, the ability to communicate verbally with customers to process orders both over the phone and in person, and the ability to successfully communicate with Co-workers in a manner that is professional and respectful at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Safely Operate all equipment
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
  • Prepare product to Domino’s standards
  • Receive and process telephone orders
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
  • Assist with all aspects of store operations, including making deliveries or assisting on the makeline if necessary
  • Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
  • Other job-related duties as necessary to ensure smooth store operations
