About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver for its Peoria location. The driver delivers products throughout the Peoria area, represents the organization to customers, and helps ensure customer satisfaction through safe, efficient, and professional service. This is a flexible opportunity suited to someone who enjoys customer interaction and working in a fast-paced delivery operation.

The role involves operating a vehicle safely, planning routes, handling products and payments, maintaining delivery records, communicating with dispatch and management, and checking the vehicle for basic maintenance or safety concerns. Drivers are expected to meet delivery goals while adapting their schedule to business needs.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• At least 2 years of verified driving history and a clean Motor Vehicle Record that meets company standards.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle in good working condition for deliveries.
• Must pass a comprehensive Motor Vehicle Record check and criminal background check.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation and basic smartphone technology.
• Physical capability to safely lift, carry, and handle packages of varying sizes and weights.
• Reliability and punctuality, with a commitment to delivery schedules and performance expectations.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs.
• Resilience and problem-solving ability to handle challenges professionally and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products throughout the Peoria area, following traffic laws and company safety protocols.
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes using GPS navigation and local area knowledge.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Handle, organize, and protect products during transport.
• Maintain delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery confirmations, special instructions, and issues encountered.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and promptly report mechanical issues or safety concerns to management.
• Communicate delivery status, delays, and customer feedback to dispatch and management.
• Represent the organization professionally and build positive relationships with customers and the community.
• Meet delivery targets and performance goals while adapting to business demands.
• Securely handle cash or digital payments when required and maintain accurate transaction records.
