About The Position
Domino’s Delivery Drivers safely deliver fresh, quality customer orders while providing friendly, professional service. Between deliveries, drivers work with the store team to help keep operations running smoothly. Compensation includes $15.00 per hour while working inside the store, $7.50 per hour while dispatched on deliveries, tips paid daily, and mileage compensation paid daily. Actual tip earnings may vary based on shift, customer volume, location, and other factors. The role offers flexible scheduling and on-the-job training, and may suit someone seeking part-time work or a second job. Advancement opportunities into management are available for strong performers.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Safe driving record that meets company standards.
- Reliable access to an insured vehicle for deliveries.
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to work as part of a team.
- Ability to manage time, multitask, and stay calm under pressure.
- Willingness to participate in company-required driving safety monitoring programs.
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods, carry orders, navigate stairs and multi-story buildings, bend, reach, crouch, and move throughout the store.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Able to work in varying weather and temperature conditions and drive safely during daytime and nighttime hours.
