About The Position

This position is based in Indianapolis, IN, at our headquarters, where you will join a thriving team. As a member of our Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining our culture of customer service excellence. This is a dual role where our Delivery Driver/Warehouse Team Member is required to have experience with manual "B" class interstate CDL truck driving as well as warehouse operations. Requirements

Valid manual "B" class interstate CDL (Commercial Driver’s License).
Proficiency in driving stick shift trucks is essential.
1-year prior truck driving experience.
1-year prior warehouse experience.
Valid medical card.
High school diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

Flatbed hauling experience preferred.
Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently operate a variety of trucks, including straight boom trucks and semi-tractor trailers.
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and document any issues.
Follow delivery/pickup instructions from the Dispatch department.
Unload cargo at customer destinations and maintain accurate transport records.
Promptly report all incidents and accidents to management.
Maintain daily and monthly trip logs in compliance with regulations.
Accurately pick, pack, and load customer orders onto delivery vehicles.
Demonstrate company core values in all interactions.
Assist team members with daily problem resolution.
Prepare bills of lading and check shipments for accuracy.
Operate warehouse equipment such as dollies, pallet jacks, cranes, shrink wrap machines, and forklifts as required.
Follow all company safety rules and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
