Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–3 years of experience in driving, shipping, receiving, or warehouse roles
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to lift 50–60 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with help
• Comfortable operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and box trucks
• Able to obtain and maintain a non-CDL DOT medical certificate
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Drive a non-CDL 26 foot box truck to deliver raw materials and pick up finished products and equipment.
• Load and unload the truck safely, and maintain accurate delivery records.
• Inspect the truck and assist in coordinating routine maintenance.
• Pull and stage orders for accurate and timely shipments.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Prepare shipping paperwork, including Bills of Lading, labels, and work orders.
• Coordinate daily FedEx shipments.
• Identify and report shortages or shipping issues.
• Receive inbound shipments and organize materials.
• Create and apply barcode labels using Factory Lite.
• Scan documentation and maintain up-to-date records for receiving.
• Distribute packages and deliveries to team members.
• Track raw material levels and communicate needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, ensuring aisles are clear.
• Inspect shelves and racks for safe storage.
• Operate floor scrubbers and report any safety concerns.
• Assist with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
