Clarke is seeking a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Clerk who is safety conscious, dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys a dynamic role involving driving, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations. This position is ideal for someone who likes being on the move, ensuring the right materials get to the right place, and contributing to the smooth operation of the warehouse.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
1–3 years of experience in driving, shipping, receiving, or warehouse roles
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Ability to lift 50–60 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with help
Comfortable operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and box trucks
Able to obtain and maintain a non-CDL DOT medical certificate
Strong time management and problem-solving skills
Ability to juggle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
Enjoys working independently but plays well with others

Responsibilities

Drive a non-CDL 26 foot box truck to deliver raw materials and pick up finished products and equipment.
Load and unload the truck safely, and maintain tidy delivery records.
Inspect the truck and assist in coordinating routine maintenance.
Pull and stage orders to ensure accurate and timely shipments.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
Prepare paperwork such as Bills of Lading, labels, and work orders.
Assist in coordinating daily FedEx shipments.
Identify and report shortages or shipping issues promptly.
Receive inbound shipments and organize materials in their designated locations.
Create and apply barcode labels using Factory Lite.
Scan documentation and maintain up-to-date records.
Distribute packages and deliveries to team members.
Monitor raw material levels and communicate needs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, ensuring aisles are clear.
Inspect shelves and racks for safe storage.
Operate floor scrubbers and report any safety concerns.
Assist with miscellaneous tasks as needed to support the team.
