About The Position

As a Delivery Driver with Room & Board, you will create extraordinary experiences for customers and act as a brand ambassador. This role is for a confident, career-minded professional who thrives on variety and enjoys interacting with customers. You will balance making local deliveries with contributing to warehouse operations. The role is part of a dynamic three-person delivery team, alternating between driving a 24-foot box truck and preparing products in the delivery center. When on the road, you will switch between being the driver and a partner in a two-person delivery team, delivering home furnishings across the Denver area. In the delivery center, you will prepare products for delivery, ensuring they meet high standards of excellence, and engage in product staging, basic assembly, and quality inspection.

Requirements

• Genuine passion for serving customers, demonstrated through prior experience in a customer-facing delivery or customer service role (preferred).
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to drive a 24-foot box truck (training provided).
• Able to lift/carry heavy items with the assistance of a team member and/or proper lifting equipment.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Able to pass pre-employment requirements, including a 5-panel drug screen (no THC).
• Ability to provide proof of identity and legal work authorization upon hire.
