About The Position

The Warehouse Delivery Driver Associate role is a key position focused on providing an outstanding customer experience for both internal and external customers. This hands-on role involves managing daily warehouse operations, including material handling such as stocking and picking products. The position requires extreme attention to detail and a sense of urgency to complete tasks efficiently. Associates will operate powered equipment like forklifts and cherry pickers, and perform various other warehouse duties.

Requirements

• Warehouse Experience, minimum 1-year combined experience
• Delivery Driving experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to do basic math (Addition, subtraction, division and multiplication)
• Comfortable with operating powered equipment (including forklifts, cherry pickers, etc.)
• Ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis
• Critical Thinking
• Desire to develop
• Team Oriented
• Ability to cross train in different tasks and flexible to learn new departments
• Able to take direction
• Understanding of the importance of their role and the value it brings to the company
• Ability to use and work on a computer and wrist mount systems
• Must be able to pass a post-offer, physical job duty test through WorkSTEPS
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day warehouse operations
• Material handling, including stocking and picking product
• Driving powered equipment (Forklift, Cherry Picker, Turret truck)
• Handling various other warehouse tasks
