About The Position

Meier Supply is a 100% employee-owned leading wholesale distributor of HVAC/R products based in Conklin, NY with branches throughout NY and PA. We are seeking a Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a company that values its employee owners and rewards them. Being an employee-owner means working towards a common goal of increasing stock value for all employee owners. A sign-on bonus of $1,500 is offered after completing 60 days of employment. This position will be reviewed after 90 days and will be offered benefits for the incumbent who is a good long-term fit.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• High School diploma or GED
• 1 yr or more Delivery Driver experience
• 1 or more years of warehouse experience
• Excellent attendance record in prior jobs
• Able to report to work on time and work all scheduled shifts
• Basic math skills
• Attention to detail and customer focus
• Excellent attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and DMV record check
