Requirements

AA Degree or equivalent (3.0 or higher GPA preferred)
Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with little to no safety concerns within the past 3 years
Meeting the required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Values (KSAVs)
Minimum 1 year working for the Company in a Delivery Driver-2, Material Handler-2, or Retail Sales Rep-2 capacity; OR Minimum 3 years working elsewhere in a Driver, Warehouse Associate, or Retail capacity

Note: May perform deliveries requiring DOT HOS records and medical clearance.

Responsibilities

Safely drive a class B or C vehicle (CDL not required) to perform regular deliveries, support customer purchases, manage/replenish consignments, recover used batteries, and execute customer installations.
Perform daily tasks associated with shipping, receiving, labeling, loading, inventory control, reconditioning used batteries, and general battery maintenance.
Sell goods and deliver a top-tier customer experience on the selling floor, over the phone, and via email.
Utilize safe driving and forklift practices, demonstrating strong expertise with material handling equipment and processes.
Accurately record successful processes and procedures, assist in training team members, and consistently look for ways to improve daily operations.
