To serve our customers by being trained to perform the job duties of different positions within the sales team and also to provide coverage for these positions during absences. This role involves delivering, stocking, rotating, displaying, and maintaining all products at customer locations according to established standards. The position requires maintaining good working relationships with customers, internal employees, and management. Responsibilities include invoicing customers, collecting payments, handling and stocking alcoholic products, and communicating with retailers and management regarding pricing, products, programs, and store issues. The role also requires adherence to all company policies, standards, and safety requirements, including wearing required personal protective equipment. Maintaining customer product inventory, completing required paperwork (e.g., DOT logs), and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information are also key aspects. The position involves working the assigned schedule, exhibiting regular attendance, and working overtime as needed. Other related duties may be required.
