About The Position

Empire Home Infusion Services (EHIS), a mission driven, not-for-profit IV therapy pharmacy, is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead our Delivery Technician Team in Malta, NY. This role blends leadership, logistics coordination, and direct patient interaction, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both operational oversight and frontline impact. The Supervisor will oversee daily delivery operations while actively participating in medication and supply deliveries. This role is critical in ensuring timely, accurate, and compassionate service, directly impacting patient care and safety.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• 1+ year of driver technician or courier experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Customer-focused with a patient-centered mindset
• Valid New York State Driver’s License
• Ability to lift and transport supplies

Nice To Haves

• Logistics, dispatch, or delivery coordination experience preferred
• Ability to multitask in time-sensitive environments

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and support a team of Delivery Technicians
• Coordinate daily delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare and package medications, supplies, and equipment per protocol
• Perform home deliveries using a company-provided vehicle
• Review delivery documentation with patients and obtain required signatures
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards
• Collaborate with pharmacy and operations teams to optimize workflows
• Participate in on-call and weekend delivery rotation
